Jimmy Norris and Russ Tice received Lifetime Membership to USSF in recognition of their many years of service to US Soccer and, specifically, the State of Nebraska.
Jimmy Norris served as the State Referee Administrator for Nebraska for nearly 21 years. He has been involved in all aspects of soccer in this state and has mentored countless referees including the only two referees from Nebraska that have held the whistle on an International match, Edvin Jurisevic and Dallas Malhiwsky.
Russ Tice started refereeing in 1979 and has been an instructor and assessor since 1992. He has served as the State Director of Instruction for a number of years. If you are a referee in the state of Nebraska, no doubt you had Russ as an instructor at one time or another. His knowledge of the Laws has been a resource fo many referees for years.
Both of these individuals have contributed countless hours to advancing refereeing in Nebraska. Their receipt of a Lifetime Membership in USSF is richly deserved.
The certificates of Lifetime Membership were presented to both Jimmy and Russ by Edvin and Dallas.
